Development of a unique electronic subsidy application form for kindergarten owners in Israel during the quarantine due to COVID 19. A potential subsidized client enters personal data and downloads the necessary documents for further processing filling the application form. Using a certain algorithm received from the customer, at the last step form displays the approximate expected amount of the subsidy. Сompleted data is transferred to the CRM system for further processing by civil service employees and making a decision on granting a subsidy. All system actions are accompanied by sending notifications within the system and thair duplication by mail. The system has a rights division between employees: viewing data and actions with data.
